APCM 2023
Our Annual Parochial Church Meeting, where we review the parish activity over the last year and look to the next year, including electing new church wardens and members of the parish and church leadership (Parochial Church Council and District Church Councils) will take place on Monday April 24th 2023 at 8pm at Christ Church East Greenwich, Trafalgar Road, SE10 9EQ.
All are welcome to attend, but in order to vote or to stand for any leadership positions you must be on the Electoral Roll.
NOTICE OF REVISION OF THE CHURCH ELECTORAL ROLL
The period for Refreshing the Electoral Roll ended on Sunday 9 April and the new electoral roll is available here please check it for errors and report any to juditheastaugh@gmail.com.
NOMINATIONS FOR ROLES
From 10th April we are open to nominations for election of laity to leadership roles at the AGM on 24th April. The roles open are:
- 2 x Churchwarden (1 year term)
- 2 x Deanery Synod (3 year term)
- 1 x PCC (3 year term)
- 4 x DCC (1 year term).
If you wish to stand for any of these posts please do as follows
- Download the appropriate nomination for from the website complete it (without signatures from your proposer and seconder) and send it by email to juditheastaugh@gmail.com, but copied to your proposer and seconder.
- Your proposer and seconder should respond the email by replying Judith stating they agree to be your proposer/seconder
Anyone unable to do this but nevertheless willing to stand/propose/second should contact Judith Eastaugh 07906043317 for instructions.
